    Direct flow of production materials through multiple sewing & sealing operations

    Responsible for production line staffing assignments for 4-15 people

    Monitoring productivity v. measured timing for operations.

    Assigning people to correct operations based on training.

    Ensure the team is aware of day-to-day targets and responsibilities.

    Will be accountable to KPIs tied to labor expenses and other operating expenses

    Allocate resources to ensure minimum downtime and completion of scheduled activities. Prioritize and manage workload to ensure assignments address goals and objectives.

    Staff Supervision:

    Approving time off requests and addressing violations of attendance policy via verbal and written communication with staff.

    Addressing all employee issues/concerns

    Responsible for assisting with the onboarding process of new hires, conducting reviews for associates, ensuring training of associates

    Must be able to communicate in Spanish; read, write and speak.

    Qualifications

    Bilingual Spanish/English (MANDATORY)

    Previous experience as a team lead in a production/manufacturing environment.

    Experience with Microsoft Office - Excel, Teams, Outlook
