About the Role:

Worksaver Material Handling Equipment in Shawnee, OK is looking for a driven and experienced Manufacturing Production Supervisor to lead our production floor team. This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of daily manufacturing operations and make a real impact in a hands-on environment. Responsibilities:

Oversee and coordinate daily manufacturing production activities to meet output goals and deadlines

Supervise, mentor, and motivate production floor staff to maintain high performance standards

Monitor production schedules, workflow, and equipment to ensure efficient operations

Enforce safety protocols, OSHA compliance, and company policies across the production floor

Identify and resolve production bottlenecks, quality issues, and process inefficiencies

Track key production metrics and report performance data to plant management

Collaborate with maintenance, quality control, and logistics teams to support seamless operations

Requirements:

5+ years of experience as shop foreman

Strong knowledge of production processes, lean manufacturing, and quality control principles

Proven ability to lead, develop, and hold accountable a team of production workers

Familiarity with workplace safety regulations and OSHA standards

Excellent problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills

Ability to read and interpret production schedules, technical drawings, or work orders

High school diploma or GED required; associate's or bachelor's degree in manufacturing or related field preferred
