We are looking for entry-level Production Team Members who enjoy working with a diverse and talented manufacturing team. A great Production team member is reliable and able to work with attention to detail and safety standards. On-the-job training is a good way to discover how to do the job better, so you should have the willingness to learn and improve. Being a team player is essential since all tasks will require close collaboration with co-workers. The goal will be to ensure that production procedures will be carried on smoothly to maximize efficiency.

Our regular schedule is Monday - Thursday, 6:00am to 3:15pm, Friday, 6:00am to 11:00am.

Job duties may include:

Pulling orders from pick list

Maintaining inventory by identifying, labeling, and sorting materials

Operating manufacturing equipment (as applicable per position)

Inspecting product and materials to ensure quality

Assisting in other work areas when the workload permits or is needed

Support teammates to ensure smooth, efficient production

Maintain a clean, safe and organized work areas

What you will need to have:

One year of general labor, manufacturing, or production experience (apparel industry a plus)

Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn

Good communication skills and positive team attitude

Great work ethic

Comfortable standing/walking for extended periods and lifting up to 20 lbs.
