    What You’ll Do:

    As the Manufacturing Quality Engineer, you will lead quality operations on the production floor and support cross-functional improvement initiatives to elevate product standards. Key responsibilities include:

    • Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of In-Process Inspectors, QA Technicians, and Finished Goods Specialists.

    • Oversee and maintain quality system documentation and records.

    • Conduct mold validations, cross-qualifications, and post-mold repair capability studies.

    • Perform daily 5S audits to drive workplace organization and efficiency.

    • Lead and participate in Corrective and Preventive Action (CAPA) programs.

    • Approve and review visual inspections using Quality Assurance Requirements (QARs) and General Appearance Samples (GAS).

    • Conduct line clearances for start-ups and restarts.

    • Inspect production output and verify conformance to quality standards.

    • Collaborate with Process Technicians on adjustment requests and resolution of quality issues.

    • Enforce escalation protocols for quality or equipment deviations.

    What You Bring:

    • 5+ years of experience as a Quality Engineer in a manufacturing setting.

    • Strong understanding of QARs, line clearances, and visual inspection methods.

    • Hands-on experience with 5S, CAPA processes, and quality system audits.

    • Familiarity with molding processes, including injection molding.

    • Proficiency with tools such as Gauge R&R and capability studies.

    • Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent experience in quality engineering.
