    Cannonball Recruiting is a growing recruiting firm specializing in manufacturing, skilled trades, and industrial recruiting across the United States. We work with companies in industries such as defense, aerospace, industrial manufacturing, and heavy equipment.

    Because of our growth, we are looking to add an experienced Manufacturing Recruiter who understands either CNC Machining or Welding/Fabrication recruiting.

    This role is ideal for a recruiter who already understands the terminology, the work environments, and how to speak with skilled trades professionals.

    What You’ll Recruit For

    You will recruit for positions such as:

    • CNC Machinists

    • CNC Programmers

    • Setup Machinists

    • Tool & Die Makers

    • Welders (MIG, TIG, Stick, Flux-Core)

    • Fabricators

    • Industrial Maintenance Technicians

    • Manufacturing Engineers

    Key Responsibilities

    • Source and recruit skilled manufacturing professionals across the U.S.

    • Screen candidates and evaluate their technical experience

    • Speak confidently with candidates about machining processes or welding/fabrication work

    • Build relationships with skilled trades professionals in the manufacturing industry

    • Manage candidate pipelines and coordinate interviews with clients

    • Maintain accurate records in the ATS/CRM system

    • Work closely with Cannonball Recruiting leadership on open searches

    Required Experience

    • Candidates should have strong familiarity with one of the following areas:

    • CNC Machining Recruiting - Understanding of:

      • CNC milling and turning

      • 3-axis, 4-axis, and 5-axis machining

      • Vertical mills, horizontal mills, and lathes

      • Swiss machining

      • Tight tolerance machining

      • CNC setups and programming

     

    • OR Welding / Fabrication Recruiting - Understanding of:

      • MIG, TIG, Stick, and Flux-Core welding

      • Blueprint and print reading

      • Fabrication setups

      • Structural vs precision welding

      • Shop fabrication environments
