Manufacturing Reliability Manager
Job Description
The Manufacturing Reliability Manager provides day-to-day leadership and expertise in reliability management activities that analyze and evaluate equipment, components, and process using methodologies and tools aligned with Strategic Asset Management. The Manager aligns people, resources, and methods with the critical objectives for reliability in machine and equipment design standards as well as operational goals. The Manufacturing Reliability manager will provide leadership and support for the achievement of company operating plans and objectives as it pertains to manufacturing assets and mobile equipment. The Manager coordinates and partners with Plant Maintenance Managers providing oversight and alignment to strategic maintenance goals and objectives of the company. Being a Reliability expert develops capacity for analysis, testing, and measurement that produce effective risk-based failure mitigation plans and actionable proposals for new or revised product designs, manufacturing processes, and testing specifications. The Manager leads teams and mentors’ operations staff in problem-solving, best practices, and process improvement to achieve organizational objectives.

Qualifications
Minimum:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Engineering Technology or 20 years of relevant experience in lieu of degree
10 years of experience in a manufacturing environment
Manufacturing Engineering experience
Proven capabilities successfully managing significant projects such as Plant start-ups, shutdowns, restructuring, equipment purchases, etc. over $5M
Experience in equipment schematics and documentation including electrical and hydraulic drawings
