    Denver Rubber Company (DRC) is a family-owned, second-generation custom manufacturer operating since 1972, specializing in custom rubber, foam, elastomeric, gasket, and hose assembly solutions for industrial and OEM clients. DRC operates a 35,000 sq. ft. state-of-the-art manufacturing facility and is ISO 9001:2015 certified, supporting industries including pharmaceutical, government, military, medical, transportation, electronics, and more.

    As a leader in custom and specialty fabricated parts, DRC provides quick-turn engineered solutions and maintains a large inventory of raw materials to support both prototype and large-scale production needs.

    Position Overview

    DRC is seeking a driven and relationship-focused Sales Representative to join our team. This role is ideal for someone experienced in industrial products, manufacturing, or engineered components, who excels at solution selling and building long-term customer partnerships.

    You will be responsible for expanding OEM, industrial, and commercial accounts, developing new business in target sectors, and supporting customers from concept through production.

    Key Responsibilities

    Business Development & Sales

    • Identify, Prospect, and secure new customers in target markets.
    • Promote DRC's comprehensive range of custom gaskets, seals, hose assemblies, foam products, elastomeric sheet goods, die-cut parts, waterjet and CNC knife-table cut solutions, and more.
    • Develop a strong understanding of customer requirements to recommend optimal materials, manufacturing processes, and solutions.
    • Prepare and deliver proposals, quotes, and sales presentations.

    Account Management

    • Maintain ongoing customer relationships, ensuring high satisfaction and retention.
    • Coordinate with engineering, production, and customer service teams to ensure successful project scoping, quoting, and delivery.

    Forecasting & Reporting

    • Maintain accurate CRM records for opportunities, leads, and pipeline activity.
    • Provide regular forecasts and strategic feedback to leadership.

    Required Qualifications

    • Over 3 years of sales experience in industrial products, manufacturing, engineered components, or related fields.
    • Strong technical aptitude; ability to understand materials, tolerances, and manufacturing processes.
    • Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
    • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue goals.
    • Self-motivated and comfortable managing a hybrid inside/outside sales territory.

    Preferred Qualifications

    • Experience with CRM systems such as NetSuite or Salesforce.
    • Familiarity with ISO-certified production environments.
