Key Responsibilities

• Prospect, identify, and secure new business opportunities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers

• Conduct on-site customer visits, sales presentations, and plant tours

• Prepare and deliver sales reports and forecasts

• Stay current on industry trends, material requirements, and precision manufacturing processes

• Develop knowledge of CNC turning, Swiss turning, and related machining technologies

• Report directly to company management and ownership

Requirements

• 5+ years of sales experience in manufacturing, machining, industrial products, or related fields

• Proven track record of sales growth and customer relationship development

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

• Self-motivated with strong time-management and organizational skills

• CRM experience is a plus
