Production Superintendent

Overview:
Our client is seeking a Production Superintendent to lead self-perform work at industrial project sites, ensuring safety, schedule, quality, and productivity goals are met.

Key Responsibilities:

• Enforce jobsite safety programs and EH&S compliance
• Plan and sequence work to meet production schedules
• Track progress, quantities, and weekly reporting
• Manage trade labor, staffing, and crew performance
• Mentor forepersons and develop trade talent
• Ensure work aligns with contract documents and specifications
• Coordinate materials, resolve field issues, and support execution

Qualifications:

• 3+ years Superintendent or field leadership experience
• Strong manufacturing / industrial experience
• Knowledge of scheduling, cost control, and safety standards
• Experience managing crews and self-perform work
• Continuous improvement mindset (Lean / LPS preferred)
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Willingness to travel
