    We are seeking experienced Manufacturing Supervisors to oversee daily operations in a GMP-regulated nutraceutical manufacturing facility. This position plays a critical role in leading production teams, ensuring regulatory compliance, and driving operational excellence. Ideal candidates will have a strong background in nutraceutical or pharmaceutical production, along with proven leadership abilities.

    Location: Miramar, FL
    Shifts Available:

    • First Shift: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM

    • Second Shift: 2:30 PM – 11:00 PM
      Pay Rate: $20.00 per hour

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Supervise daily operations on the manufacturing floor, including blending, encapsulation, and tablet pressing.

    • Ensure all activities comply with GMP, FDA regulations, and internal SOPs.

    • Lead and motivate production teams to meet or exceed daily output, safety, and quality standards.

    • Conduct in-process quality checks and coordinate with the Quality Assurance team for inspections and documentation.

    • Monitor production metrics and make real-time decisions to optimize workflow and reduce downtime.

    • Maintain accurate and complete documentation including batch records, production logs, and reports.

    • Identify, report, and help resolve equipment malfunctions and safety issues.

    • Support continuous improvement initiatives related to safety, efficiency, and product quality.

    • Enforce safety policies and ensure a clean, organized, and compliant production environment.

    • Assist with onboarding, training, and mentoring new employees.

    Minimum Qualifications:

    • High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or Bachelor's degree a plus).

    • Minimum 1 year of supervisory experience in a GMP production environment.

    • Previous experience in pharmaceutical or nutraceutical manufacturing preferred.

    • Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills.

    • Proficiency in basic math and computer use (ERP experience preferred).

    • Ability to read, write, and comprehend instructions in English; bilingual in English/Spanish is a plus.

    • Must be able to regularly lift 30–50 lbs and occasionally up to 70 lbs.

    • Comfortable working in an environment with exposure to vitamins, minerals, herbal ingredients, high noise, and odors.

    • Willingness to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.

    Preferred Skills:

    • Experience with ERP systems and batch documentation.

    • Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma principles.

    • Bilingual (English/Spanish) communication skills.
