We are seeking experienced Manufacturing Supervisors to oversee daily operations in a GMP-regulated nutraceutical manufacturing facility. This position plays a critical role in leading production teams, ensuring regulatory compliance, and driving operational excellence. Ideal candidates will have a strong background in nutraceutical or pharmaceutical production, along with proven leadership abilities.

Shifts Available:
First Shift: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
Second Shift: 2:30 PM – 11:00 PM
Pay Rate: $20.00 per hour
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise daily operations on the manufacturing floor, including blending, encapsulation, and tablet pressing.
Ensure all activities comply with GMP, FDA regulations, and internal SOPs.
Lead and motivate production teams to meet or exceed daily output, safety, and quality standards.
Conduct in-process quality checks and coordinate with the Quality Assurance team for inspections and documentation.
Monitor production metrics and make real-time decisions to optimize workflow and reduce downtime.
Maintain accurate and complete documentation including batch records, production logs, and reports.
Identify, report, and help resolve equipment malfunctions and safety issues.
Support continuous improvement initiatives related to safety, efficiency, and product quality.
Enforce safety policies and ensure a clean, organized, and compliant production environment.
Assist with onboarding, training, and mentoring new employees.
Minimum Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or Bachelor's degree a plus).
Minimum 1 year of supervisory experience in a GMP production environment.
Previous experience in pharmaceutical or nutraceutical manufacturing preferred.
Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
Proficiency in basic math and computer use (ERP experience preferred).
Ability to read, write, and comprehend instructions in English; bilingual in English/Spanish is a plus.
Must be able to regularly lift 30–50 lbs and occasionally up to 70 lbs.
Comfortable working in an environment with exposure to vitamins, minerals, herbal ingredients, high noise, and odors.
Willingness to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.
Preferred Skills:
Experience with ERP systems and batch documentation.
Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma principles.
Bilingual (English/Spanish) communication skills.
