    We are seeking experienced Manufacturing Supervisors to oversee daily operations in a GMP-regulated nutraceutical manufacturing facility. This position plays a critical role in leading production teams, ensuring regulatory compliance, and driving operational excellence. Ideal candidates will have a strong background in nutraceutical or pharmaceutical production, along with proven leadership abilities.

    Location: Miramar, FL
    Shifts Available:

    • First Shift: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM

    • Pay Rate: $100.000/Per Year

    ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

    • Oversees all aspects of the day-to-day operations of the manufacturing department.
    • Manages the manufacturing operations under the direction of the COO to assure quality in all aspects of the operation.
    • Provides day-to-day leadership to the manufacturing operators and personnel and strives to meet all quality goals.
    • Establishes and maintains production procedures for high manufacturing, operations, product quality, reliability, and safety standards.
    • Coordinates the production of manufacturing goods.
    • Ensures the production meets cGMP guidelines & meets SOPs.
    • Oversees & manages plant personnel, including scheduling overtime or extra shifts if necessary.
    • Monitors production run to ensure it stays on schedule and corrects any problems that may arise.
    • Ensures effective management of performance in the department to meet company needs.
    • Oversees the production process, establishing manufacturing priorities.
    • Determines which machines will be used.
    • Comes up with ways to make the production process more efficient.
    • Monitors product standards by ensuring the finished product meets the level of quality.
    • Works closely with other managers (Sales, QC, Operations, CEO, and CFO) within the company.
    • Ensures manufacturing personnel receive proper cGMP training, as well as safety.
    • Maintains a safe and organized work environment.
    • Verifies raw material weight check sheets to ensure that the manufacturing operation follows batching procedures and the formula accuracy of raw material weights.
    • Analyzes all manufactured finished goods, including capsules and tablets, to ensure they meet all specifications for potency and weights.
    • Reviews all manufacturing, filling, and finishing batch documentation for accuracy of information.
    • Assures department compliance with all safety and personal protective policies to avoid occupational accidents or injuries.
    • Operates within budget parameters for the department, assisting in annual departmental budget preparations.
    • Prepare reports on production metrics every month and annually.
    • Prepares employee performance evaluations, communicates meaningful feedback, and assists with the replacement/selection process, ensuring all employees receive adequate training and development.
    • Maintains an area network for manufacturing statistics and information.
    • Coaches and mentors all production employees with the intent of optimizing the productivity of the department.
    • Provides proper personnel training to comply with all SOPs, safety, and FDA regulations.
    • Conduct regular inspections and audits of production output.
    • Analyze production costs and identify areas for improvement.
    • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce waste.
    • Collaborate with senior management to align production goals with company objectives.
    • Proven track record of improving production efficiency and reducing costs.

    MINIMUM REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

    • Must be Bilingual English/Spanish
    • Must have a Bachelor of Science Degree.
    • Must have at least 4 to 6 years of manufacturing supervisory skills in a CGMP environment or manufacturing facility.
    • Must possess strong interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.
    • Must demonstrate the ability to lead and motivate others effectively.
    • Must have strong organizational abilities and product line analysis.
    • Experience with OSHA and FDA regulations is required.
    • Experience with statistical process control.
    • Experience with world-class manufacturing methods.
    • Proficient in manufacturing software and Microsoft Office Suite.
    • Knowledge of lean manufacturing and continuous improvement practices.
    • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
    • Strong leadership and team management skills.
    • Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
