What You’ll Do As a Manufacturing Supervisor, you’ll be the go-to leader on the production floor. You’ll guide operators, keep operations running safely and efficiently, and make sure the day’s work gets done right. This is a hands-on leadership role in a fast-paced industrial environment—perfect for someone who leads from the front and isn’t afraid to roll up their sleeves.
Your Day-to-Day
Lead and enforce safety, OSHA, and environmental standards—no shortcuts
Supervise daily production operations across processing, depackaging, and industrial cleaning
Balance manpower and workflow to hit production goals
Coach, train, and support manufacturing operators
Handle attendance, performance, and conduct issues fairly and promptly
Keep equipment running by coordinating maintenance and housekeeping
Complete production logs, shift reports, and basic documentation
Communicate clearly with management on production status, staffing, and safety
Support audits, inspections, and continuous improvement efforts
What We’re Looking For
High school diploma or GED, 4 year- degree preferred
3+ years of supervisory experience in manufacturing or industrial operations required
A hands-on, problem-solving leadership style
Previous experience working with operational excellence tools and methodologies
Mechanical aptitude and solid process understanding
Comfortable working in an uncontrolled temperature environment
Valid and insurable driver’s license

The Work Environment
Industrial production facility
Standing, walking, and lifting up to 50 lbs
Exposure to equipment, noise, strong odors, and varying temperatures
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly exposed to outside weather conditions. The employee is frequently exposed to moving mechanical parts and regularly exposed to wet and/or humid conditions and outside environment. The noise level in the work environment can be loud. This is a day shift position, Monday through Friday with overtime and weekend coverage as needed.
