    Position – Epicor Kinetic Manufacturing & Supply Chain Consultant

    Location: Claremore, OK – Initial Onsite Support Required; Non-Local Candidates Encouraged

    Compensation: $80.00-$95.00 per hour, based on experience

    We are currently seeking an experienced Epicor Kinetic Manufacturing & Supply Chain Consultant for a project-based opportunity supporting manufacturing operations in Claremore, OK. This specialized consulting role requires a combination of strong Epicor Kinetic/E10 expertise and hands-on manufacturing, supply chain, planning, and purchasing knowledge.

    The consultant will evaluate current Epicor processes, identify opportunities for automation and improvement, configure practical solutions, develop reporting and dashboards, and provide hands-on training to planners, buyers, schedulers, and other users.

    Essential Duties and Responsibilities

    • Assess current Epicor processes across purchasing, MRP, production planning, scheduling, inventory, and manufacturing
    • Identify manual processes that can be automated, eliminated, or streamlined within Epicor
    • Review and improve MRP, production planning, scheduling, purchasing, and material-management workflows
    • Configure Epicor Kinetic/E10 to better support manufacturing and supply-chain operations
    • Develop and maintain advanced Business Activity Queries (BAQs)
    • Create dashboards, standard reports, exception reports, KPI reporting, and management tools
    • Develop BPMs and other automation to reduce repetitive manual processes
    • Improve data visibility for planners, buyers, schedulers, operations personnel, and management
    • Review system parameters, master data, lead times, planning settings, and other inputs affecting MRP and scheduling
    • Support production scheduling setup and optimization
    • Develop practical tools to manage shortages, purchasing requirements, supplier performance, material availability, and production priorities
    • Recommend Epicor best practices and process improvements rather than recreating existing manual processes
    • Document improved workflows and standard operating procedures
    • Provide hands-on training and knowledge transfer to end users
    • Support implementation and adoption of improved Epicor processes
    • Work directly with planning, purchasing, operations, and management teams
    • Perform other duties as assigned

    Summary of Education, Experience and Certification

    • Strong hands-on Epicor Kinetic or Epicor E10 experience required
    • Epicor consulting, implementation, or major system optimization experience required
    • Manufacturing industry experience required
    • Strong MRP, production planning, and scheduling experience required
    • Purchasing or procurement experience required
    • Advanced BAQ and dashboard development experience required
    • Epicor BPM or process automation experience required
    • Reporting development experience required
    • Demonstrated ERP implementation or process-improvement experience required
    • Experience training planners, buyers, schedulers, and other end users required
    • Previous Epicor consulting or implementation consulting experience strongly preferred
    • Background in supply chain, materials management, production control, or manufacturing operations preferred

    Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

    • Advanced functional knowledge of Epicor Kinetic/E10 in a manufacturing environment
    • Strong understanding of MRP, purchasing, procurement, planning, production scheduling, inventory, and material management
    • Advanced ability to develop BAQs, dashboards, reports, and exception-based operational tools
    • Experience developing BPMs or other Epicor automation
    • Ability to evaluate manufacturing processes and translate operational requirements into effective Epicor solutions
    • Ability to automate or significantly streamline manual ERP processes
    • Experience reviewing master data, lead times, planning parameters, and scheduling inputs
    • Familiarity with SSRS, Application Studio, DMT, EDA/EDD, or other Epicor reporting and automation tools preferred
    • Advanced Planning & Scheduling experience preferred
    • Experience developing KPI and exception-based dashboards preferred
    • Strong analytical, process-improvement, and problem-solving skills
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills
    • Ability to work effectively with both operational personnel and management
    • Ability to independently evaluate problems, recommend solutions, and implement improvements
    • Willingness to spend initial project time onsite in Claremore, OK

    Work Environment and Physical Demands

    The employee will work in office and manufacturing environments while collaborating directly with planning, purchasing, operations, and management personnel.

    The position may require time on the manufacturing floor to observe current processes, evaluate operational requirements, and support implementation and end-user training.
