We are seeking a detail-oriented and technically skilled Manufacturing Technician to support production operations in a fast-paced, quality-driven environment. This role is responsible for managing and processing customer cases, ensuring products are manufactured to precise specifications, and supporting digital dentistry manufacturing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
- Process daily production orders according to customer specifications
- Perform CAM (Computer-Aided Manufacturing) processing for dental prostheses
- Execute established machining strategies, tooling, and fixtures for production
- Ensure product quality, consistency, and adherence to specifications
- Meet production quotas and turnaround time expectations
- Communicate workflow status and capacity needs with management
- Participate in product and process validations (IQ/OQ/PQ)
- Support quality system requirements and documentation standards
- Collaborate with internal teams and external suppliers as needed
- Provide support related to manufacturing processes and customer cases
Qualifications
- Strong computer and technical skills required
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Comfortable working in a production environment with performance expectations
- Ability to follow detailed instructions and maintain a high level of accuracy
- Experience working within a regulated Quality System is a plus
- CNC machining experience preferred (Haas controls a plus)
