Job Description: We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Manufacturing Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in wiring, preventative maintenance, and device assembly. This role is crucial in ensuring the quality and reliability of our products and services.
Key Responsibilities:
Device Assembly: Build and assemble bio-decontamination devices according to specifications and quality standards.
Wiring: Perform wiring tasks with precision and accuracy, ensuring all electrical components are correctly installed.
Preventative Maintenance: Conduct regular preventative maintenance on manufacturing equipment to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime.
Quality Control: Assist in quality control checks to ensure all products meet the highest standards of quality and safety.
Customer Fulfillment: Support the customer fulfillment process by ensuring timely and accurate assembly and delivery of products.
Collaboration: Work closely with other team members to ensure smooth and efficient manufacturing operations.
Essential Functions:
Follow all departmental work instructions or MP (manufacturing process) sheets as identified.
Perform configured assemblies at multiple workstations.
Comply with all GMP standards.
Identify manufacturing process problems.
Maintain good safety and housekeeping standards.
Complete production travelers and Finished Goods Reporting Requirements.
Exhibit positivity, creativity, and a willingness to take on new responsibilities, as requested or required.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in wiring and electrical assembly.
Strong knowledge of preventative maintenance practices.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Soldering experience preferred
