Manufacturing Technician / Metallographic Lab Technician

This role requires prior metallographic laboratory experience; candidates without this background will not be considered.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Operate and maintain a metallographic lab supporting implantable electronic devices

• Perform cutting, mounting, grinding, polishing, and cross-section analysis

• Run sandblasting, polishing machines, and manual grinders

• Support DOE experiments and process optimization with engineering

• Execute manual and semi-automatic assembly tasks

• Monitor casting and surface treatment processes

• Document production data and maintain GMP compliance

• Track KPIs and ensure workflow efficiency

About You

• Be able to do the job as described.

• Specialized training in metallography or materials lab techniques

• Strong cross-sectional sample prep and microscopic analysis capability

• Experience supporting DOE or range-finding experiments

• Comfort operating sandblasting and precision surface treatment equipment
