Job Description:
We are seeking a Manufacturing Technician to support production operations through equipment setup, troubleshooting, repair, and preventative maintenance. This role is responsible for maintaining plant equipment and ensuring production runs efficiently while producing quality products in a manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot and repair production equipment and machinery
• Perform preventative maintenance on mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems
• Maintain structures, heating systems, plumbing, and machine repair operations
• Assist with machining and bench operations involving tools, dies, fixtures, jigs, gauges, and guarding
• Support process improvements through statistical process charting and trend analysis
• Operate forklifts and other motorized equipment as needed
• Complete additional duties assigned by management

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• At least 1.5 years of technical experience using mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic skills
• Intermediate troubleshooting and repair skills
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities
• Basic computer skills required
• Forklift certification preferred

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods during 8–12 hour shifts
• Ability to frequently bend, twist, kneel, push, pull, and reach throughout the shift
• Ability to lift and carry materials of varying weights
• Comfortable operating power tools and motorized equipment throughout the workday
