Role Description
HEN is seeking a Manufacturing Warehouse Technician to support the rapid expansion of our manufacturing operations. This role is critical in ensuring that the advanced firefighting equipment we produce meets the highest standards of quality and reliability for first responders. You will be responsible for carefully inspecting inbound materials, supporting production with accurate and timely order fulfillment, and maintaining inventory integrity. Beyond moving materials through the warehouse and production line, you’ll serve as a first line of defense in identifying defects, improving processes, and ensuring that only high-quality components and assemblies make it into final products. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, patient, and committed to precision in every task. You will master established workflows while continuously seeking ways to improve build quality, defect prevention, and warehouse processes. What you'll do:
● Ensure quality standards by inspecting and screening all inbound supplier material for defects ● Document and track issues through Quality Defect Reports, escalating when necessary ● Execute scheduled inventory audits to maintain accuracy and traceability ● Support the production line by fulfilling material orders with zero-defect accuracy ● Utilize MRP, ShipStation, and Excel to manage and track warehouse activities with precision ● Follow and help create Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) that strengthen quality and consistency ● Help manage consumable and parts inventory to ensure reliability in production ● Maintain warehouse cleanliness and organization to support safe and efficient operations
What you'll bring:
● Experience in warehouse or manufacturing environments with a strong focus on quality assurance ● Familiarity with lean concepts and continuous improvement methods ● Proven ability to perform hands-on, detail-oriented work with high accuracy ● Strong sense of accountability, patience, and safety awareness in a fast-paced environment ● Clear written and verbal communication skills, especially in documenting quality issues ● Comfort using digital tools and organizational software (WIX, ShipStation, MRPEasy, Microsoft Office) ● Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
