    Scott Manufacturing Solutions Inc is looking for a Manufacturing Welder II for our second shift who, under moderate supervision, operates arc and heliarc equipment to weld cabinets, frames, and small parts. Responsibilities: Duties/Responsibilities: • Check welding equipment for proper operation. • Set up a job for welding. • Obtain and position the clamps. • Prepare welding wire for feeding. • Level frame for welding, determine proper welding spots, types, and sizes given stress requirements. • Operate arc and heliarc welding equipment to weld cabinets and everything else that is required in a cabinet. • Use wrenches, ratchets, grinders, and hand tools as needed. • Service and maintain welding equipment. • Clean and maintain the work area. • Work primarily with other welders. • Responsible for consistently meeting quality and production standards. • May assist sheet metal, fabrication, grinding, and assembly work crews as needed. • Must consistently and properly wear PPE.
