    We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced and accomplished sales professional to work with a leading provider of innovative medical devices.

    As a Medical Device Manufacturing Sales Representative, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and expanding market share within your designated territory. You will represent our company's portfolio of medical devices and solutions, building and maintaining relationships with healthcare providers, hospitals, and other key stakeholders. Your primary goal will be to identify opportunities, develop strategic business plans, and execute sales initiatives to achieve revenue targets and exceed customer expectations.

    Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

    Develop and execute territory sales plans to meet and exceed sales targets.

    Identify and cultivate new business opportunities within the assigned territory.

    Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, including physicians, surgeons, nurses, and hospital administrators.

    Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the features and benefits of our medical devices.

    Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, customer service, and product development, to support customer needs and drive business growth.

    Provide ongoing customer support and training to ensure optimal product utilization and customer satisfaction.

    Stay informed about industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to inform sales strategies and tactics.

    Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and market intelligence in CRM system.

    Skills/Qualifications:

    Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Life Sciences, or related field (preferred).

    Minimum of 3-5 years of sales experience in the medical device or healthcare industry.

    Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.

    Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence diverse stakeholders.

    Strategic thinker with excellent problem-solving and negotiation abilities.

    Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

    Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.

    Valid driver's license and clean driving record.

    Base salary range: $85K - $105K per year, commensurate with experience.
