    We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Office Coordinator who will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office on a day-to-day basis. This individual will be responsible for a variety of tasks that support our team, manage our office's administrative activities, and facilitate effective communication.     Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

    Manage and maintain schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements for staff.

    Answer, screen, and transfer inbound phone calls while handling query requests.

    Maintain electronic and hard copy filing systems, ensuring information is organized and easily accessible.

    Prepare and modify documents including correspondence, reports, drafts, memos, and emails.

    Create, maintain, and enter information into databases with high accuracy—utilizing Microsoft Excel for data management and reporting.

    Handle requests for information and data resolution.

    Prepare written responses to routine inquiries and draft letters.

    Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and event arrangements.

    Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports via Microsoft Word and Excel.

    Support the management of office supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory levels; anticipate needed supplies; place and expedite orders for supplies; verify receipt of supplies.

    Skills/Requirements:

    High school diploma required; associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred.

    Proven office management, administrative, or assistant experience.

    Knowledge of office management responsibilities, systems, and procedures.

    Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work.

    Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

    Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

    Strong organizational and planning skills.

    Proficient in MS Office, with expertise in Microsoft Word and Excel.

    Knowledge of clerical practices and procedures.

    Hours: 8AM-5PM Monday - Friday
