We have an exciting opportunity for a skilled CNC Vertical Center Operator with expertise in Fanuc controls, blueprint interpretation, program editing, and proficiency in using verniers, calipers, and micrometers. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Operate CNC vertical machine centers equipped with Fanuc controls.

Set up and load materials into the machine.

Interpret engineering blueprints and drawings.

Make program edits to customize machining processes.

Utilize precision measurement tools, including verniers, calipers, and micrometers, to verify product quality.

Perform routine equipment maintenance and inspections.

Maintain a clean and safe work environment while adhering to safety and quality standards.

Collaborate with team members to meet production goals.

Skills/Qualifications:

Proven experience as a CNC Vertical Machine Center Operator.

Proficiency in operating CNC machines with Fanuc controls.

Strong blueprint reading and interpretation skills.

Ability to make program edits for job customization.

Experience with precision measurement tools, such as verniers, calipers, and micrometers.

Commitment to delivering high-quality, precise components.

Detail-oriented, reliable, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
