    The Assembler Operator will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks related to the production process. They will work under the supervision of the Production Supervisor and collaborate with team members to ensure efficient operations.

    Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

    Complete work orders by operating automated or manual equipment.

    Set up, monitor, and maintain equipment to ensure optimal performance.

    Evaluate products and processes, making necessary adjustments to optimize quality and output.

    Conduct in-process inspections using magnification equipment and precision measuring tools.

    Ensure accurate documentation, labeling, inspection, and transaction requirements are met.

    Monitor material and supply levels, communicating re-order needs as required.

    Perform quality checks according to the quality control plan/blueprint/work order.

    Maintain cleanliness and safety in the workspace to prevent contamination and adhere to safety protocols.

    Address equipment issues promptly and inform supervision of any injuries or incidents.

    Train and assist other employees as required, sharing knowledge and expertise.

    Perform other duties as assigned in accordance with company policies and procedures.

    Required Qualifications:

    High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience.

    Proficiency in English reading, writing, and comprehension.

    Basic math skills, including the ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide.

    Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Word and Excel.

    Regular and predictable on-site attendance.

    Demonstrates respect and sensitivity to diversity.

    Strong teamwork and communication skills.

    Ability to adapt to changing situations and contribute to a positive team environment.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment.

    Familiarity with safety procedures and practices.

    Experience operating machinery and equipment.

    Knowledge of quality control principles and practices.

    Working Hours: 1st = 6AM -2:30 PM

    2nd = 2PM – 10:30 PM
