We have an exciting opportunity for a skilled CNC Horizontal Turning Center Operator with expertise in Fanuc controls, blueprint interpretation, program editing, and proficiency in using verniers, calipers, and micrometers. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Operate CNC Horizontal turning machines equipped with Fanuc controls.

Set up and load materials into the machine.

Interpret engineering blueprints and drawings.

Perform program edits to meet specific job requirements.

Utilize precision measurement tools, including verniers, calipers, and micrometers, for quality control.

Conduct routine maintenance and inspections on CNC equipment.

Maintain a clean and safe workspace adhering to safety and quality standards.

Collaborate with team members to meet production goals.

Attendance is a critical function

Skills/Qualifications:

Proven experience as a CNC Turning Center Operator.

Proficiency in operating CNC machines with Fanuc controls.

Strong blueprint reading and interpretation skills.

Ability to make program edits for job customization.

Experience with precision measurement tools, such as verniers, calipers, and micrometers.

Dedication to producing high-quality, precise components.

Detail-oriented, reliable, and capable of working independently or as part of a team.

HOURS: 6:30AM-4PM Monday - Friday!
