The Human Resources Coordinator will play a key role in supporting the Human Resources function across the site and NA plants within our business unit. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Skills/Qualifications:
Associates Degree in Business, Human Resources, Organizational Development, or related field
Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR functions
Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Human Resources, Organizational Development, or related field
Experience supporting manufacturing sites in a human resources capacity
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Manage candidate communications throughout the recruiting process
Fill vacant hourly and salaried roles throughout the organization
Conduct phone screens and schedule in-person interviews
Provide frequent status updates to hiring managers
Generate offer letters and extend offers to candidates
Initiate and ensure completion of background checks
Prepare hiring managers and facilitate engagement in the onboarding process
Conduct onboarding presentations for new hires
Ensure completion of 30/60/90-day meetings and documentation
Assist Leaders and Department Managers with event and visitor coordination
Run weekly payroll, ensuring accuracy in UKG and PeopleSoft systems
Submit HR Help Desk tickets as necessary
Prepare and submit Personnel Action Forms (PAFs) to update PeopleSoft records
Set up new hires and manage configuration requests
Perform periodic audits of PeopleSoft to ensure data integrity. Complete HRIS data entry requests.
Pay: $23.00-$28.00/hr
Hours: 8AM-5PM
