    We are looking for a skilled Industrial Sewer to operate industrial sewing machines and perform various sewing tasks to create textile products according to specifications and quality standards. The ideal candidate will have experience working with heavy-duty fabrics and sewing equipment in an industrial setting.

    Responsibilities:

    Operate industrial sewing machines to sew fabric pieces together according to production requirements.

    Read and interpret work orders, blueprints, and specifications to determine sewing operations.

    Select appropriate thread, needles, and other sewing materials based on fabric type and product specifications.

    Perform regular maintenance and cleaning of sewing machines to ensure optimal performance.

    Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications.

    Identify and troubleshoot sewing machine issues, making adjustments or repairs as needed.

    Collaborate with other team members to meet production targets and deadlines.

    Follow safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe and clean work environment.

    Adhere to company policies and procedures regarding quality, safety, and productivity.

    Requirements:

    Proven experience as an Industrial Sewer or similar role in a manufacturing environment.

    Proficiency in operating industrial sewing machines and related equipment.

    Ability to read and interpret work orders, blueprints, and specifications.

    Strong attention to detail and quality standards.

    Excellent hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.

    Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.

    Basic math skills for measuring and calculating fabric dimensions.

    Physical stamina and the ability to stand for extended periods and lift heavy materials.

    Willingness to learn and adapt to new sewing techniques and technologies.

    High school diploma or equivalent. Additional training or certification in sewing or textiles is a plus.

    Working Hours: 7:00am-3:30pm
