We are seeking an experienced and skilled individual to fill the role of Master Grower and Farm Manager. This key position will be integral to the success of our cultivation operations. As the Master Grower and Farm Manager at Manzano Partners, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of cannabis cultivation, ensuring the health, productivity, and quality of our plants. This role requires expertise in cannabis cultivation, leadership skills, and a passion for sustainable farming practices. Responsibilities: Cultivation Management: • Develop and implement cultivation plans, including planting schedules, nutrient programs, and environmental controls. • Monitor and optimize plant health, growth, and overall crop performance. • Implement advanced cultivation techniques to maximize yield and quality. Team Leadership: • Lead and manage a team of farmers, providing guidance, training, and support. • Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, encouraging teamwork and open communication. Strategic Planning: • Contribute to the development of cultivation strategies to meet production goals and quality standards. • Continuously improve cultivation practices based on industry trends and advancements. Compliance and Regulatory Oversight: • Ensure compliance with all state and local regulations related to cannabis cultivation. • Maintain accurate records and documentation for regulatory purposes. Resource Management: • Manage resources efficiently, including labor, equipment, and supplies. • Collaborate with the procurement team to source necessary materials. Research and Development: • Stay informed about advancements in cannabis cultivation, genetics, and technology. • Lead research initiatives to improve cultivation processes and product quality. Qualifications: • Extensive experience in cannabis cultivation, with a proven track record of success. • Knowledge of organic farming practices and sustainable cultivation methods. • Strong leadership and team management skills. • Familiarity with state and local regulations governing cannabis cultivation. • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities. • Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams. Compensation: $50,000 - $75,000 yearly
