We are looking for motivated individuals to join our team as Cannabis Cultivation and General Laborers. Responsibilities: • Assist with cannabis cultivation activities, including planting, watering, pruning, and harvesting plants according to our responsible farming practices. • Support processing operations, including trimming, packaging, and labeling cannabis products with a focus on quality and sustainability. • Participate in construction projects, contributing to site preparation, equipment assembly, and general maintenance tasks to support our facility's growth and sustainability goals. • Follow safety protocols and use appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) to ensure a safe working environment. • Maintain cleanliness and organization in work areas, promoting sustainability and adherence to our responsible farming practices. • Collaborate with team members to achieve production goals and contribute to the success of our operation. • Embrace opportunities for learning and growth within the cannabis industry, striving for excellence in all aspects of your work. Qualifications: • High school diploma or equivalent. • 21 Years of age or older • Previous experience in construction and general labor, preferably in agriculture or related fields. • Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods. • Strong work ethic and a passion for sustainable farming practices. • Basic understanding of safety procedures and willingness to adhere to company policies and regulations. • Flexibility to work in different environments and conditions, including indoor and outdoor settings. • Flexibility to work long hours, including early mornings Compensation: $16 - $18 hourly
