We are currently seeking a motivated individual to join our team as a Cannabis Production Assistant. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to the processing of cannabis products, including rolling joints, trimming products, and operating processing machines, in a dynamic and collaborative environment. Responsibilities: • Assist with the production of cannabis products, including rolling joints, trimming product, and operating processing machines according to established quality standards and production schedules. • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies related to cannabis processing and product quality. • Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) for each stage of the production process, maintaining consistency and accuracy in product preparation and packaging. • Perform quality control checks to identify and address any issues or discrepancies in product quality or quantity. • Maintain cleanliness and organization in work areas, including equipment and tools, to ensure a safe and efficient work environment. • Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines, communicating effectively and supporting each other as needed. • Embrace opportunities for learning and growth within the cannabis industry, seeking to expand knowledge and skills in various aspects of cannabis production. Qualifications: • High school diploma or equivalent. • 21 years of age or older • Previous experience in cannabis production or a related field is preferred but not required. • Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity. • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. • Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks and processes. • Basic understanding of safety procedures and willingness to adhere to company policies and regulations. • Flexibility to work in various roles within the production process as needed. Compensation: $15 - $17 hourly
