We are looking for an experienced and skilled Bartender to join our team!

We are looking for someone who is passionate about service and loves to share that passion by going above and beyond for customers. You are looking to join a hard-working and efficient team that cares about great food, drinks, and customer experience.

Compensation: $2.13 and hour plus tips. Hourly + tips ranges $16-27

Bartender Responsibilities:

Take and input customer orders into the POS and have a full understanding of the food and drink menu.

Build a rapport with regular customers to create a positive atmosphere.

Make suggestions based on customer tastes and preferences.

Fulfill all drink orders in a timely manner.

Mix traditional and creative cocktails.

Process customer payments, and complete transactions.

Open and maintain tabs throughout the shift.

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar.

Record and balance cash receipts and prepare cash deposits.

Perform all opening/closing duties.

Any other duties deemed necessary to the position.

Bartender Skills and Qualifications:

Previous experience as a bartender.

Extensive knowledge of drinks, recipes, mixing and garnishing.

Positive attitude, personable demeanor.

Ability to stand for long periods.

Strong communication, multitasking, and observational skills; Conflict resolution, computer literacy, and attention to detail.

Knowledge of a second language is a plus.

Ability to keep the bar organized, stocked and clean.

Relevant training certifications or willingness to obtain.(TABC and Food Handlers).

Must be able to lift heavy items (kegs).

Authorized to work in the United States.
