    Maple Star Colorado, part of Pathways – one of the largest national providers of accessible, outcome-based behavioral and mental health services, is in search of a compassionate, caring, growth-minded Therapeutic Parenting Time Facilitator.

    ** HIRING INCENTIVE: Maple Star is currently offering a $1,000 hiring bonus for this position. Half of this Hiring bonus will be paid at three months of employment and the other half at the end of 6 months. Please inquire at time of interview!

    Expected Pay: Starting at $18 per hour

    About your Role:

    The Maple Star Parenting Time Program provides supervised visitation services for parents who may have experienced concerns with Abuse/Neglect in their parenting and may be involved with the Child Welfare System. Using evidence-based practices, such as TBRI and Motivational Interviewing, facilitators utilize a trauma informed lens to provide psychoeducation and in the moment parent coaching and redirection in order to promote the safe and successful reunification of families. Additionally, staff provide accurate and timely assessments and documentation to the child welfare and court systems which inform reunification decisions. The Lead Parenting Time Facilitator provides additional support to the program supervisors, including, but not limited to, assisting with training and shadowing of new staff, assistance with billing duties, and other administrative tasks as assigned.

    Does the Following Apply to You?

    Master’s degree in human services, social work, or related field

    1 year experience working with children and families, preferably those involved with the child welfare system

    Job experience preferred in one of the following fields: human relations, social services, behavioral/social sciences, nonprofit, education, or child development

    Proof of valid Driver License with clean driving record, as well as valid auto insurance
