Family Care Specialist Supervisor

We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced ISRS Supervisor to join our team and provide vital support and supervision to our Family Care Specialists. As an FCS Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring compliance with agency policies, protocols, and contract requirements for delivering In-Home Safety and Reunification services.
The FCS Supervisor will oversee the following counties: Umatilla/Morrow, Clackamas/Washington, Marion/Polk/Yamhill
Responsibilities:
Provide direct supervision and ongoing support to the ISRS program and staff.
Maintain accurate and complete personnel files for program staff.
Oversee timesheets and invoices for staff, ensuring accuracy and adherence to procedures.
Be available for staff emergencies, providing essential support when needed.
Shadow program staff twice annually to assess performance and provide constructive feedback.
Process and respond to referrals.
Meet with Oregon Department of Human Services.
Mentor and guide Family Care Specialists to enhance their professional skills and knowledge.
Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to promote continuous growth.
Ensure compliance with agency policies, procedures, and protocols within the ISRS program.
Monitor staff productivity and the quality of services provided.
