Maple Street Biscuit Company (MSBC) is a fast-casual breakfast and lunch restaurant. We have a mission to help people, serve others, and be a part of the community. We operate on 4 core principles: Comfort Food with a Modern Twist Made Consistently, Gracious Service, Immaculately Clean, and Sustainable Business. We are currently looking for a Social and Digital Media Specialist (we call this the Voice of Maple Street) to join our Family Support team in Nashville, TN.As the Voice of Maple Street, you will:
Create strategic content for our social media pages
Post on the main brand Facebook and Instagram accounts, as well as some store specific accounts
Manage store-level user access to Facebook, Instagram, Yelp, Google Business, and TripAdvisor
Engage with followers and respond to comments on Facebook and Instagram
Manage all store Google, Yelp, and TripAdvisor sites
Respond to guest feedback emails promptly
Mail gift cards to guests who emailed us with a complaint
Manage grand opening event planning, press, and social media campaigns
Work with outside developer to maintain and update the company website
Track and report on store reviews and ratings
Manage email marketing platform, including designing the emails and scheduling campaigns
Implement design changes to printed menus
Education / Experience / Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree
At least two years of corporate marketing/social media experience
Experience managing social media for a restaurant or retailer preferred
Knowledge and Skills
Extremely strong written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational skills
Strong technical acumen (ability to learn new systems easily)
Detail oriented
Strong follow-up and follow-through
Proficient in Word, Excel, and Powerpoint
Proficient in Google Business
Some graphic design knowledge preferred
