    OVERVIEW: We are seeking a highly detail oriented and analytical individual to join the client solutions team.  You must have demonstrated leadership and people management skills with the ability to work across functional areas within the business and our external customers. In this position we are looking for an individual with, a strong talent for project coordination and delegation. Ultimately, you must be motivated by the desire to optimize productivity and drive efficiency with a commitment to continuously strive to ensure that technology is a strategic enabler for the business and our products.

    As the program manager, you will apply your knowledge of software architecture to manage software development tasks associated with developing, debugging and designing software applications, operating systems and databases according to internal and external needs. All while, being able to manage multiple products and project workflows to ensure that we can rapidly, reliably and repeatedly deliver quality products to market.

    The program manager will report directly to the Head of Products in the Client Solutions team. The team is tasked with developing client focused solutions for both our internal and external stakeholders. Our mission is to create a team that is focused on customer needs with a goal of using technology to solve business problems. The client solutions team is made up of engineering, UX/UI Design and Product Management who all work collectively to design and deliver customer focused solutions.

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    ·         Master Coordinator - Work directly with Internal Stakeholders to set company roadmap and goals, plan and prioritize projects and resource allocation

    ·         Translate product requirements into features and roadmaps with the client solutions team, allocate resources and prioritize projects based on business needs.

    ·         Triaging customer requests and bug management with Head of Client Solutions and integrate them into the product roadmap

    ·         Work with internal stakeholder, clients and Partners to scope, develop and manage implementation of integrated data solutions.

    ·         Support sales and clients by Providing answers to questions about our product, servicing, and other technical aspects of the product.

    ·         Work with the Head of Products to develop a cohesive technology strategy that ensures the company has an architecture capable of delivering the functionality, scalability, reliability, security and performance we need to compete and thrive.

    ·         Manage technical debt and ensure that projects are prioritized, enablers and bottlenecks are identified early, and that resources are appropriately managed to ensure we can deliver competitive products to market on time and on budget.

    ·         Management of QA and testing procedures; API integrations; cloud infrastructure; product documentation

    REQUIREMENTS:

    ·         Hands-on experience in software engineering or program management

    ·         Strong technical acumen; creativity; interpersonal skills; emotional intelligence

    ·         You must have significant experience working directly with customers to solve business problems and a thorough understanding of the product development process.

    ·         Ability to remain agile and adjust priorities based on workload, management directives and customer demands.

    ·         Proven track record of delivering scalable, efficient and reliable software services

    ·         Experience managing a team of software developers and data scientists (remote and on-premise)

    ·         Excellent communication and presentation skills

    ·         Experience with agile development methodologies, short release cycles, the full software lifecycle, developer preferences and challenges.

    ·         Knowledge of professional software engineering best practices including coding standards, code reviews, build processes, testing, and operations.
