    JOB SUMMARY

    This manager-level position oversees day-to-day client management, internal and external communication, campaign strategy, creative development, and the execution of various digital initiatives for our clients. They field client requests, communicate updates to the internal team, and manage content timelines & deliverables. In this role, the Account Manager will work with and under the direction of the Director of Client Services and also alongside the Creative Manager.

    CLIENT MANAGEMENT  

    • Work alongside the Director of Client Services in managing daily client communication.
    • Schedule and coordinate internal and external client related meetings and calendars.
    • Create and maintain client presentations, weekly updates, recap documents and reports.

    CREATIVE DEVELOPMENT & CAMPAIGN STRATEGY 

    • Under the direction of the Senior Staff, collaborate in the digital strategy, creative development, and execution of client campaigns.
    • Coordinate and participate in creative brainstorms.
    • Ensure all social channels are up-to-date with the most recent artwork, copy, and approved posts.
    • Remain culturally sensitive and aware to ensure client content is on top and ahead of social trends.

    PROJECT MANAGEMENT  

    • Upon acquiring a new account, secure all appropriate variations of social handles and properly onboard new clients.
    • Communicate with the Creative Manager about schedules, development and deliverable deadlines.
    • Liaise with appointed advertising agencies and PR firms to track key dates, milestones, cast appearances, events, etc.  
    • Create and maintain client content calendars. 
    • Ensure all digital assets are completed and approved for posting. 
    • Work with cast, creative, and crew to execute content for social platforms.
    • Produce after hour social initiatives (e.g. live tweets, testimonials, influencer nights, first preview/opening night coverage).
    • Provide on-site support during video shoots and other show related events.
    • Manage all contractors and interns working on specific show projects. 
    • Maintain a general awareness about new and emerging technologies and project management systems and updates (e.g. Dropbox, Asana, Slack, Trello, Google Apps).

    JOB REQUIREMENTS 

    • 2-3 years account coordinator or relevant experience.
    • Bachelor’s Degree in communication, advertising, marketing or relevant field.
    • Strong computer skills in both MS Office and Mac OS X.
    • A passion for and a knowledge of all social media platforms.
    • Must be able to problem solve on the fly.
    • Must be able to quickly adapt to changes in projects and client goals.
    • Must have excellent time management skills and have the ability to prioritize.
    • Must be comfortable with working in a deadline driven, fast paced environment.
    • Must have the ability to work nights and weekends when necessary.
