    Technical Support Representative ON SITE– Looking for top notch performers and verifiable technical support experience with solid references. Must have one year of tech support experience with either a call center or operations environment. Need a strong work ethic, motivated to work and excellent attendance.

    HOURS MAY VARY, you must be available from 7am to 7pm M-F. And during peak season 7 days a week from 6am to 9pm.

    Our client is a leading tax solutions software company and has multiple openings for technical support/customer service/customer success for their upcoming tax season. The training will start mid-December, we expect all candidates to be reliable, have no attendance issues and are available during the holiday weeks. This position does not require a technical background, however there will be a training week. We are seeking individual who are willing to roll up their sleeves, learn the products and all times must have a positive demeanor on the phone and in person. We need individuals who can communicate clearly and not afraid to speak on the phone and engage with clients. Must be able to work in a fast-paced call center environment and triage incoming technical calls from customers. On any given day you will use your fantastic listening skills to analyze, troubleshoot and resolve technical issues for the software clients. You must have some internet or data installation prior experience and be able to walk someone through connection issues on their PC over the phone.

    Daily Responsibilities: •Managing a high volume of incoming calls and inquiries •Responding to customer emails •Solving customer issues using critical thinking and empathy •Troubleshooting hardware and software issues •Account follow-up and management •Special projects based on your skill set •Ability to work full-time; some evening and weekend hours may be required •Highly organized with proficient attention to detail •Great computer skills; a fast learner who can use a variety of software tools •Excellent English verbal and written communication skills •Confident, courteous phone presence cold email
