The participants can view and purchase their race photos on www.marathonfoto.com. Primary Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and requests via email tickets. - Provide accurate and timely information regarding products, services, policies, and more. - Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues with patience and professionalism. - Learn and effectively utilize our customer service software to manage and track interactions. - Maintain a high level of product knowledge to address customer inquiries effectively. - Collaborate with the team to share insights and best practices. Qualifications: - Strong written communication skills and a friendly, customer-focused demeanor. - Ability to empathize with customers and provide solutions that exceed their expectations. - Comfortable using computers and technology, including proficiency with email and web-based platforms. - Access to a reliable computer and a stable internet connection. - Quick learner who can adapt to new tools and processes. - Prior customer service experience is a plus but not required.
