Responsibilities: • Turn prospective homebuyers into qualified leads by continuously following up and facilitating communication and adding them to the sales pipeline • Hold open houses to engage with potential clients and introduce them to their local real estate market • Coordinate efforts to negotiate property sale between buyer and seller to achieve desired results • Search for prospective homebuyers and present them with information on homes that fit their needs and budget • Prepare representation contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements, deeds, and leases for clients to facilitate a smooth transaction • Holding yourself accountable for your actions, and working to continuously grow your real estate business • Setting goals to push your business further Qualifications: • 1+ years of buyer’s agent or relevant real estate experience • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills • High school diploma required, bachelor’s degree preferred • Familiarity with the area real estate market conditions and current real estate trends • Possess a valid U.S. driver’s license and can travel by car • Previous sales/customer service experience - servers, bartenders, and previous military personnel welcome • Active Virginia Real Estate Salesperson license (no license, no problem! We teach in the house!) Compensation: $101,000 at plan earnings
