Job Description

Seeking a motivated intern to join the Materials/Production team. The production and materials departments focus on the development and creation of the final product; we also follow the product through the stages of production in the factories and ensure timely delivery. Our intern will be working directly with the materials manager and production manager for MBMJ women’s shoes. The ideal intern is passionate about fashion, and is interested in learning about the behind the scenes creation and development of a product.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Organize and maintain material library.
• Update material charts/boards.
• Organize materials at our warehouse.
• Pull and organize reports for production.
• Aid in manual PO creation and editing.

Skills Developed:

• Aspects of product creation from both a material and production standpoint.
• How to work with design and merchandising teams.
• Textile and leather experience.
• Fashion show experience.
