Job Description

Our Jewelry and Fashion Accessories area is looking for a Production/Product Development intern to assist with the following duties:

Production Responsibilities:

• Input and manage data entered into the supply chain management program/database. Major responsibilities include creating and maintaining Style Masters, Cost Sheets, and purchase orders. Production team will generate reports directly from this data.
• Manage inventory of production samples. Intern will help track, log-in and distribute press samples, pre-production samples and bulk production samples.
• Assist in following-up with factories on key points of production. Intern will assist to arrange and assess raw material management, packaging instructions, and shipment documentation.

Development Responsibilities:

• Create/update technical specs and composite sheets
• Track/Organize all development samples
• Responsible for photographing market samples
• Create and Maintain all development binders
• Create/update materials archive for misc. accessories
