Job Description
MAIN JOB OBJECTIVE
The Manager of Recruitment and Talent Aquision, will provide full life cycle recruitment for all Corporate positions, both temporary and perminant. This role will partner with Department Heads and Human Resources to develop strategic initiatives on exsisting roles and needs as well as new opening in the HQ.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
· Directly provide full life cycle recruitment for all corporate positions both tempory and Perminant
· Partner with Department Heads and Human resources to develop strategic initiatives on exsisting roles and needs as well as new opening in the HQ
· Attract and recruit candidates by developing industry relevant relationships
· Build strong relationships with the organization to ensure ability to influence, guide and drive the recruiting process.
· Develop relationships with Marc Jacobs Store Managers to create and execute recruitment strategies, assess recruiting needs and identify key recruitment issues.
· Identify and recommend recruitment strategy for all assigned open positions and communicate strategy with hiring managers, leverage online recruiting resources and in-house recruiting tools to identify and recruit the best candidates.
· Stay abreast of industry trends - be expert in recruiting function and share best practices.
· Proactively research and investigate new ideas to create innovative sourcing strategies.
· Ability to maintain a consistent talent pool of candidates.
· Create job descriptions and gain an understanding of job duties, responsibilities and business requirements
· Develop and maintain a network of contacts to help identify and source qualified leaders
· Performs all other duties and ad hoc projects as required by the business.
Qualifications
· 4-6 years of full lifecycle recruiting experience in recruting of creative, industrial and marketing roles preferable.
· Bachelor’s degree required.
· Proven experience with sourcing, social media recruiting techniques and other current web-based employment strategies
· Proven success and ability to execute both tactical and strategic initiatives
· Outstanding organization skills to manage candidates, internal hiring managers
· Sense of urgency to meet the demands of our fast past environment
· Outstanding eye for talent – image, proven success, attitude and cultural fit are all huge factors in selecting the right talent
· Ability to interact and influence senior leaders
