Position Summary: Manage all aspect of the reporting, data requirements and strategy for our organization. Collect, catalog, and process data from various sources. Work with the team to generate ad-hoc reports, regular data-sets, and report information for end-users using system tools and databases. Provides consultation and recommendations to users based on business data and market knowledge. Work with leadership and department heads to provide solutions to reporting needs. Responsible for creating and managing Extract, Transform, Load (ETL) processes from various sources, using ETL tools. Review and ensure integrity, accuracy and security of all internal, customer and vendor data. Responsible for database integrity, security, performance, upgrades, maintenance, and deployment. Create or discover new data procurement and processing software for process improvement and changing business needs. Develop, maintain, and document policies and procedures for the data collection, analysis, validation, and quality. Create specifications, analyze business requirements, and drive organization reporting strategy. Develop reports, forms, dashboards, data generators, canned reports that bring together key performance and operational data for the enterprise. Work with company ERP and point of sales systems such as Sage, LOTUS, and Elevate and third-party data sources, to export and import data. Ownership of company key operations such finance Data Insights, Bulk Appeals, Employee and Dealer Commission Calculations, Accounting processes to manage books, Price Protection, Internal and External Dealer Promotional Programs. Create technical solutions to address business problems and improve existing process workflows. Create report and solutions to provide insight to decision-makers, using internal and external data sources. Actively engage extended team to drive organizational reporting strategy. Act as a liaison between business users and technology to transform business data and reporting needs into technical solutions. Regular attendance. Education & Experience: Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience. Three (5) to five (7) years of Business Intelligence Reporting, advanced SQL Programming (DML/DDL, procedures, triggers), Database Management, and data analysis work. Advanced knowledge and solid Hands-On experience in SQL Server or any other Database Management Systems. Database Management includes, but not limited to Query optimization, Process improvements, Security, Validation, Monitoring etc. Proven experience with business process analysis/mapping and transforming requirements to technical solutions. Knowledge of Logical and Physical Data Models, including relational database and data mart designs. Experience with large data set Ingestion from various sources, Extraction, Transformation and Loading (ETL), data model creation, data analysis, reports, dashboards, and Expressions (DAX) language. Proven ability to create, publish, and deploy reports, report optimization, server updates and report maintenance, manage content packs, with security and integrity. Application of client naming standards and metadata standards as well as documentation of data model translation decisions.
