    This is a hybrid (Plymouth, MN) or remote, 10-month contract opportunity with potential for extension.

    ****Join our team as an E-commerce Product Content & Optimization Coordinator, where your expertise will drive the enhancement of our online presence through exceptional content and improved product findability. This dynamic role is at the heart of our e-commerce operations, focusing on introducing innovative site features, crafting compelling visual and textual content, and optimizing product discoverability. Ideal candidates are those motivated by achieving set goals, adaptable to varying tasks, and value collaboration. Your contributions will directly influence our site's navigation, asset organization, SEO, content creation, and product alignment. Mastery in content and data management, a keen eye for detail, and proficiency in Excel are crucial for success.

    Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

    • Implementing New Initiatives: Lead the introduction and testing of new site functionalities as guided by the Product Content Lead.
    • Enhancing Site Findability: Conduct keyword research, update metadata, and refine product descriptions to improve product visibility and searchability.
    • Quality Assurance and Testing: Perform thorough QA/UAT for all product updates across website versions and the vehicle configurator, identifying and reporting any discrepancies.
    • Content Creation and Management: Develop and upload fresh content to our product database, including text, videos, images, metadata, and product attributes.
    • Content Audit and Optimization: Regularly review the site to identify and address any content or findability gaps, ensuring adherence to our high standards.
    • Collaborative Project Execution: Work closely with the Product Content Lead and team to support and implement various content-related projects.
    • Process Improvement: Recommend and implement operational enhancements and best practice updates to streamline content management processes.
    • Documentation: Maintain comprehensive records of content guidelines and procedures.

    Requirements and Desired Skills:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or equivalent experience.
    • 1-2 years of experience in E-commerce, SEO, or a related field preferred.
    • Analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
    • Independent, with meticulous attention to detail.
    • Exceptional communication skills.
    • Proficiency in PC use, focusing on Microsoft Excel.
    • Experience with CMS tools (e.g., Optimizely) and familiarity with SEO and AI tools are advantageous.
    • A solid foundation in mathematical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
    • A proactive approach to managing multiple projects with varying deadlines.

    Key Skills and Qualifications:

    • Proficient in Content Management Systems (CMS) and managing product catalogs.
    • Advanced data management skills, especially with Microsoft Excel.
    • Strong attention to detail.
    • Effective communication.
    • Strong work ethic.
    • Proficient in managing multiple tasks within diverse timelines.
