Marco’s Pizza University is looking for strong Assistant Managers and Shift Managers to join our restaurants!

Duties and Responsibilities:

Training, coaching, and developing a strong Marco's team.

Excellent leaders with exceptional people skills.

Assist the General Manager with daily operations.

People Oriented - enjoys working with our guests and team members, using great communication skills.

Growth Oriented - understands the importance of personal growth within themselves and strives to share their skills with others.

Understands leadership in providing excellent food quality, guest service, team building, and restaurant cleanliness through company systems.

Learning the Marco's Pizza system operations and objectives.

Focusing on achieving results without compromising guest service, a great product, or the image of the restaurant.

Qualifications:

At least 1 years of leadership/management experience in the restaurant/ food service industry
