Job Description

We are looking for ambitious individuals to join our team as a Business Development Associate (BDA) to help drive new business. The job involves researching leads, prospecting, emailing and creating enticing outreach campaigns in in order to generate sales calls for the Sales Director.

The BDA will shadow the Sales Director on big ticket sales calls to learn our sales process with a clear path to develop into a Sales Executive role if desired. Initially this will be a remote position and then will involve a couple of days a week in our midtown office.

This is a unique position that will allow you to work part-time hours while working under a competitive salary structure that includes a guaranteed base salary and generous commissions for your results.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• · Market research and data capture
• · Lead prospecting
• · Creating, modifying and launching strategic email campaigns
• · Set monthly goals and KPIs
• · Assisting Sales Director with day to day sales functions
• · Bringing your own set of ideas to help improve day-to-day operations and results
• · Making mistakes and learning from them

REQUIREMENTS

• · Excellent written and oral skills (English)
• · Basic understanding of sales principles
• · Be self-motivated, ambitious and goal oriented
• · Have a high level of business acumen and/or ability to quickly learn from our business leaders
• · Be a team player with a positive and confident 'can do' attitude
• · Have a track record of high achievement and success in or outside the university or work place
• · Have strong research and analytical skills
