    PART-TIME POSITION: Real Estate Administrative Assistant Location: Work from home with some travel (<10%) Real Estate Broker looking for a Real Estate Administrative Assistant to assist in daily tasks. The ideal candidate is an individual with a strong attention to detail, ability to work independently without supervision, who is proficient in Windows 10 and Microsoft 365 products and comfortable working with data and keeping records. The candidate should have an awareness of market drivers and demographic information of a given area given conversations with leasing and property managers. A basic understanding of accounting principles so that when converting statements to excel the candidate can properly check their work for accuracy. Ability to work on a variety of tasks with relatively short notice. The ideal candidate is a critical thinker who can see the reason for the task given and can work effectively with relatively little assistance. Fast turnaround time from task assignment to task completion is a must. Professionalism is a must. Job Requirements include: - Calling leasing managers within a submarket and verifying rental property information. - Converting PDF financials or handwritten financials into excel. - Databasing property owners using public record information. - Meeting with leasing managers and walking through properties, take quality photos and detailed notes. - CRM Account management including updating records, merging duplicate contact information, data entry - Manage marketing campaigns Skill Requirements include: - Strong written and verbal communication. - Ability to perform repetitive tasks with a high degree of accuracy. - A basic understanding of accounting principles - Critical thinking and problem-solving skills - Proficiency in Excel and Outlook. - General understanding of database management and data integrity. - Accurate record-keeping skills Experience qualifiers: - Customer relationship management software experience - Administrative assistance experience - Bookkeeping experience Tools Required: Computer, Internet connection, Windows 10 or later, Excel, Word, Outlook. *Travel includes driving to properties located in surrounding cities. Most properties will be within 1.5 hours of Lexington. *Estimated hours worked per week: 5-10 hours. *Estimated that 80% of time will be working from home.
