The Mare Staffing Agency is seeking a Business Development Manager/ Sales Recruiter to become part of the team!
Located in Grand Prairie, TX, Mare Staffing is a Women-Owned corporation, providing businesses with staffing solutions to enhance productivity. Having the confidence to ensure only the absolute best for our clients, we are looking for a self-driven individual who goes above and beyond to not only maintain our clients but increase new accounts as well. Mare Staffing never stops working to find the fit that best suits the client, we specialized in filling job openings so that productivity never stops. Our BDM/SR will prospect, close and maintain business in the Dallas- Fort Worth area. JOB TYPE: Part-Time Remote and Face to Face Minimal Travel Base Pay Rate + Commission
(Terms negotiable upon review) Benefit Eligibility May Vary RESPONSIBILITIES: Manage and maintain positive relationships with prospective clients and existing accounts through email, phone and on-site visits. Utilize web-based recruiting tools (e.g., LinkedIn, etc.) and other professional networks. Must be able to meet quarterly and annual goals. Identify new business opportunities. Solution provider to client issues and objections. Persistence and superb follow-up attitude. Negotiate terms and generate contracts. QUALIFICATIONS: Competitive /performance-oriented individual who is driven to achieve goals Ability to close business Great customer service skills Delivering a sales approach to convey the benefits of our service MS Office knowledge Desire to grow Email and phone etiquette Bilingual and Temporary Staffing Experience is a PLUS! EXPERIENCE: Sales: 2 years minimum Prior experience in staffing is welcome but not mandatory
