  • Responsibilities

    Within 90 days of role start date, be able to:

    1. Perform PM on all equipment on Master PM Schedule, so as to not interfere with regular production schedule.

    2. Must be able to diagnose root-cause of electrical/mechanical failures, and fix it.

    Objective Key Results (OKR):

    • No down-time due to failing to do Master PM Schedule on time, or not communicating electrical/mechanical failures immediately to Senior Production Manager

    • Able to do Work Order and PM forms according to [PM software] deadline

    • Maintenance/Parts room is clean and organized

    • Able to keep inventory of spare parts.

    • Able to acquire basic parts at local hardware stores. Or provide Production Manager with model/serial# for PO.

    • Able to get along with plant contractor (speaks mostly Korean)

    Technical Proficiencies: - Minimum 2+years w ERP software- Certification in electrical and mechanical engineering. (or 5+years experience)

    • Prior experience of how it works and how to fix for:

    • Gas/Compressed Air/Nitrogen.

    • Variable Motors

    • Human-Machine Interface (HMI)

    • Electrical communication

    • Mechanical parts

    • *food processing environment experience (ie experience w common equipment types, aware of Food GMPs)

    • Forklifts- Continuous Roaster/Dryer

    • Sortex Machine

    • Batch Mixers

    • Feeders

    • Slab/Extrusion Lines

    • Forming Equipment

    • VFFS Packer

    • HFFS Packer (Bar packaging)

    • Case Erector

    • Inkjet, Metal Detector, Check-Weight

    • *bilingual (Priority for Spanish. Then Korean.)

    • Experience using basic computer software + PM/ticket Software

    • M-F: start time varies w 1st shift (4~7am)

    • salary-except consideration (40-60 hours weekdays/weekends as needed)
