    Schedule: Monday-Friday 7am-4pmGoal/Mission: Within 90 days of role start date, be able to:1. be able to close all A/R, A/P transactions [including payroll] in ERP system, without assistance from the Accounting Head.2. Willing to hire&train a strong AP/AR Associate based on prior experienceObjective Key Results (OKR): Within 90 days, for all Suppliers/CustomersA/P Transactions: Invoice/Resolve/Approve/Send payment for all Received POs, so that 100% Payment is sent within Net Terms.A/R Transactions: Invoice/Follow-up/Receive/Reconcile payment for all Shipped POs, so that 100% Payment is received within Net Terms.Payroll: Audit/Generate paychecks for both temp and company employees, using APS software (excel sheets for temps), and find/resolve root cause for any discrepancies between hours worked and paid. Technical Proficiencies:- Bachelor’s Degree- ERP AP/AR Clerk transaction- Basic/Intermediate Proficiency to generate/filter CSV data- Bachelor’s Degree-Process inventory receipts and maintain receipts log-Analyze 3-way matching, ensure all back up is included-Customer billing with high degree of accuracy-Scanning and filing of customer billing documents-Perform accounting and clerical functions for AR, through calling customers to collect on past due balances, providing them statements and copies of invoices, researching and clearing short payments, and processing adjustments-AP: entering debit and credit information, vouchers, 3-way matching, check processing, matching payments to invoices, and reconcile the Received But Not Invoiced report (RBNI)-Verify the accuracy of invoices and other accounting documents or records-Assist and ensure accurate and timely payment processing from customers-Takes initiative to seek out and find discrepancies in vendor pricing and/or quantity and notifies vendors by phone and email-Back up to month end AP Accruals-Engage in multiple initiatives simultaneously-Excellent communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group, managers, customers, and vendorsCOMPANY VALUES:1.
