    Purpose of Role:

    The Prime Brokerage Relationship Management Analyst will be responsible for managing the relationship of existing prime brokerage customers and the post on-boarding approval process. This includes understanding the Marex Prime Brokerage product offering, building relationships with the existing client base, and resolving client inquiries. The Analyst has proficient working knowledge of client cash management, prime brokerage reporting and technology, prime brokerage operations, and equity execution.

    This role covers the Marex Prime Brokerage product offering function within the Prime Services. department

    Responsibilities:

    • Understand the prime brokerage product offering and the value that it affords each prime brokerage client based on their financing needs.

    • Develop relationships at all levels of assigned client base with the objective of influencing wallet allocation.

    • Deliver a suite of services to our equity clearing clients which include but are not limited to Settlements, Margin, Reporting, Wires, and Corporate actions.

    • Clear client transactions with respect to market risk and rules by partnering with internal operation and middle office teams.

    • Take ownership of client inquiries and collaborate with internal teams to ensure effective resolution.

    • Enforce regulatory and/or market policies and procedures to ensure operational integrity while maintaining high client satisfaction.

    • Proactively participate in client visits and internal calls related to client services.

    • Perform responsibilities through proficient use of internal applications.

    • Participate in service-related process improvements.

    • Work closely with Client Onboarding to ensure smooth transition to the firm's trading, settlement, and reporting platforms after on-boarding approval (including management of required logins, trading system configurations, access to platforms, and relevant training).
      • Ensuring compliance with the company's regulatory requirements under the SEC, FINRA, NFA, CFTC and other applicable exchanges.

    • Adhere to the operational risk framework for your role ensuring that all regulatory or company determined parameters are complied with.

    • Role model for demonstrating highest level standards of integrity and conduct and reflecting Company Values.

    • At all times complying with Marex's Code of Conduct.

    • Carrying out regulatory activities under the Marex Financial and MSIL trading books.

    • Liaising with clients in US; clients include banks, hedge funds, market makers, fund managers, institutional, trading houses and other trading boutiques.

    • License Series 7 is required within 180 days of start date.

    • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.

    • Comprehensive knowledge of the financial service markets and relevant regulatory requirements.

    • Substantial experience working in and knowledge of a Prime Brokerage product area.

    • Experience of the infrastructural support required to efficiently support Prime Brokerage business lines.

    • Experience working in a regulated environment and knowledge of the risk and compliance requirements associated with this.

    • Experience in operating on electronic market making infrastructure.

    • Experience in risk managing of Prime Brokerage portfolios.

    • Knowledge of the underlying products at Marex within the Prime Brokerage remit. **

    Salary Range; $75,000 to $100,000 per year
